Ginger Talerico

Ginger Talerico is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Qualified Supervisor, and co-founder of the practice, bringing over two decades of experience to the mental health field. A proud Florida native, Ginger earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida and her Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University in Sarasota.
Using a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Ginger helps clients take back control of their thoughts and emotions—offering effective treatment for anxiety, depression, panic, and emotional overwhelm. She is especially passionate about working with women and young adults as they navigate life transitions, set healthy boundaries, and connect with their purpose.
Ginger also brings specialized experience supporting first responders, medical professionals, and their families, offering compassionate, trauma-informed care tailored to the high-stress demands of these professions.
With a holistic view of wellness, Ginger encourages clients to integrate mind, body, and spirit into their healing process. For those seeking a faith-based approach, she offers Christian counseling rooted in spiritual support and healing.

Kylee S. Tuls

Kylee is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Qualified Supervisor, and co-founder of Envision Counseling Services. Kylee has been educated and worked in the field of mental health for over twenty years. She began her studies at Hope College in Holland, Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Kylee completed her Master of Arts degree in Rehabilitation & Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida and continued on to receive a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Curriculum & Instruction with an emphasis in Counselor Education from the University of South Florida. Her dissertation work was titled, “Parent Response to Adolescent Self-Injurious Behavior: A Collective Case Study”.
Kylee has an intense passion for helping and working with adolescents and individuals who are dealing with mental health issues and life situations that present struggles and challenges. Her clinical specialties include adolescent mental health, self-injurious behaviors, trauma work, serious emotional & behavioral issues, mood disorders (depression, bipolar, anxiety), support for first responders, medical professionals, and their families, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Christian Counseling, and Clinical Supervision for Registered Interns.
Kylee offers clinical supervision to Registered Interns pursuing Florida licensure.

Jennifer Gallagher

Jennifer Gallagher is a seasoned Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor with over 20 years of experience helping individuals, teens, and couples heal, grow, and thrive. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University and a Master of Arts in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida.
Jennifer draws from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help clients manage anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and emotional dysregulation. As an EMDR-certified therapist, she also specializes in trauma recovery, helping clients process and resolve painful past experiences.
Jennifer is committed to providing inclusive, affirming care and offers LGBTQ+ and gender-affirming therapy in a safe, supportive space. She helps individuals explore their identities, navigate transitions, and build emotional resilience with compassion and respect.

Breanna Knuth is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor with nearly two decades of experience helping individuals and families achieve emotional wellness and personal growth. After earning her undergraduate degree in Psychology from The Ohio University, Breanna moved to Florida to complete her Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling.
Breanna offers compassionate, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, adults, and families. She specializes in treating a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, ADHD, ODD, OCD, self-esteem issues, grief, loss, and parenting challenges.

Carmen Alvarez is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Qualified Supervisor, and Registered Play Therapist with extensive experience supporting children, families, and adults through life’s most challenging moments. Known for her compassionate and client-centered approach, Carmen creates a safe, engaging space for healing and growth.
She specializes in working with children facing trauma, divorce-related transitions, ADHD, high-functioning autism, and difficulties with emotional regulation and social skills. Carmen also provides meaningful support to women navigating personal challenges, clients with chronic pain, and those navigating major life transitions.

Megan Livesey

Megan Livesey is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who brings a well-rounded, compassionate approach to therapy, drawing from diverse clinical experiences across a range of settings. Megan earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Psychology from Troy University.
Megan has worked with clients in both inpatient and outpatient environments, including roles as a behavioral technician, targeted case manager, and therapist in addiction recovery, community mental health, and private practice. Her extensive background includes working with children through law enforcement partnerships, supporting adults with severe mental illness, and guiding teens and young adults through life’s transitions.
Using an eclectic mix of evidence-based therapies, Megan specializes in helping clients with eating disorders, relationship challenges, career and life choices, and couples counseling. She is passionate about empowering young adults to discover their direction and supporting individuals and couples in building healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Lavonna Gregory is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a strong foundation in social services and school-based mental health. A 2014 graduate of Webster University with a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling, Lavonna brings years of experience supporting adolescents, adults, and families both in clinical practice and as a full-time school counselor in the local community.
Lavonna is highly effective in connecting with teens and young adults, helping them develop critical thinking skills to shift thoughts and behaviors for improved emotional well-being and success at home, in school, and within the community. Her approach is supportive, engaging, and rooted in culturally responsive care.

In addition to her full-time role as a school counselor in the local community, Jessica provides evening therapy sessions at Envision to support individuals and families outside of typical work hours.
She earned a dual Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling from Florida International University in 2018 and brings a warm, supportive presence to her clinical work. Jessica creates a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered.
Using evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), she helps clients take control of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to reach meaningful goals. Eliana is a compassionate and dedicated Registered Marriage and Family Therapy Intern currently completing her clinical hours toward licensure under the supervision of Dr. Kylee Tuls. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Florida International University and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University.
With experience working with individuals, couples, children, adolescents, and families from diverse backgrounds, Eliana takes a collaborative, client-centered approach to therapy. She integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and systemic therapy to help clients improve communication, navigate life’s challenges, and build stronger, more fulfilling relationships.
